In Short

• Provide real-time interpretation and translation services.
• Focus on Spanish, Vietnamese, and Mandarin languages.
• Translate written materials and support pharmacy customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of translation/interpretation experience.
• Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese and English.
• Strong grasp of medical terminology.
• Experience in healthcare or medical call centers preferred.
• Certification from translation organizations is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and CAT tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Culturally aware and effective communicator.
