We are a product-based iGaming company with over 900 employees. For more than four years, we have been successfully developing our B2C product—10 popular online casino brands. However, we are now expanding and launching a new venture—our own slot-game development studio.

In Short

  • Develop and implement long-term and short-term company strategies.
  • Identify and explore new growth opportunities to enhance company efficiency.
  • Organize, oversee, and actively participate in the product development process.
  • Negotiate with potential partners to expand business opportunities.
  • Create an effective marketing function to promote slot games.
  • Build and lead an effective team aligned with the company's goals.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators for managed departments.
  • Analyze the company's financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in slot-game development, holding leadership positions in a B2B product company for at least 3 years.
  • Proven track record in business development and market expansion.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategies and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong technological background with an understanding of slot-game development processes.
  • Experience in describing and implementing processes, optimizing them, and developing key performance indicators.
  • Strong decision-making, team organization, and remote work management skills.
  • Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
