Overview

The Client Growth Manager will lead strategic client relationships and drive new business growth in Argentina's mass insurance distribution channel, playing a critical role in Prudential's expansion efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in client management or business development.
  • Solid understanding of Argentina’s insurance landscape.
  • Experience managing third-party carriers and TPAs.
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and adapt to change.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
