The Investigator Contracts Lead is responsible for managing site-facing contract and budget negotiations for clinical investigator sites, ensuring effective execution of agreements and oversight of contracting professionals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in clinical development operations or outsourcing.
• Significant experience with clinical study budgets and contract negotiations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mitigate risks to site contracting timelines.
• Experience in a matrix-based organization.
• Preferred: 5+ years in clinical development with a master’s degree.
• Preferred: 2+ years with a Juris Doctorate or equivalent.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements.
