Overview

The Investigator Contracts Lead Manager is responsible for managing contract and budget negotiations with clinical investigator sites, overseeing the contract execution process, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth site contracting timelines.

• Lead site-facing contract and budget negotiations.
• Manage the Per-Subject Cost (PSC) process.
• Collaborate with partners to oversee global site budget processes.
• Directly negotiate contractual terms with investigators/institutions.
• Lead relationships with investigational sites and Site Management Organizations.
• Manage escalations in the site budgeting and contracting space.
• Ensure alignment with invoicing and compensation requirements.
• Contribute to major business initiatives or special projects.
• Demonstrate leadership in a matrix-based organization.
• Fluency in Bulgarian is required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in clinical development operations.
• Experience with clinical study budgets and contracting negotiation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mitigate risks to site contacting timelines.
• Experience working in a highly matrix-based organization.
• Preferred: US Juris Doctorate or equivalent legal degree.
• 2+ years of experience in clinical trial outsourcing.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements.
