Overview

As a Web Project Coordinator at PetDesk, you will be the primary point of contact for new clients during the website onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

In Short

• Serve as the primary coordinator and customer liaison for all assigned website onboarding projects
• Host customer calls to gather website content, brand preferences, and technical requirements
• Proactively manage timelines and deliverables
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs
• Monitor project status and escalate blockers
• Maintain accurate project records across CRM and project management tools
• Identify upsell opportunities for account growth
• Advocate for a positive customer experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management
• Understanding of website design and development processes
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized with proven time management skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset
• Proficient with G-Suite; experience in Salesforce and project management tools is a plus
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
