The Customer Experience (CX) Associate will be the voice of a trusted brand that helps pet owners navigate product quality issues and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple communication channels.

In Short

  • Full-time hourly position with a focus on customer support.
  • Work across phone, email, chat, and text to assist customers.
  • Help customers solve problems related to pet products.

  • Weekly check-ins with team lead for performance and growth.
  • Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 11:00am ET – 7:30pm ET.
  • Compensation includes hourly wage plus bonuses and benefits.
