Senior IT Infrastructure and Device Management Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced specialist to support our global IT infrastructure. If you have knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, Azure, and endpoint device management, join our team and help maintain a reliable and secure IT environment.

In Short

• Manage Windows servers (physical and virtual), including access and file services
• Administer VMware environment (vSphere/ESXi) – lifecycle of virtual machines, templates, resource allocation
• Monitor performance and plan server capacity, ensuring continuity of operations
• Implement backups and data recovery tests using enterprise tools
• Administer Microsoft Azure services and synchronize identities between Azure AD and on-premises AD
• Automate and enforce security policies using Azure and PowerShell
• Manage endpoint devices via Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, ConfigMgr)
• Update systems and applications, implement compliance and security policies
• Maintain directory services (AD) and network services (DNS, DHCP), including email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Support security and compliance policies, document processes, and provide high-level technical support

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure administration in a large organization
• Knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, VMware vSphere/ESXi
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and hybrid identity solutions
• Skills in managing Endpoint Manager (ConfigMgr, Intune) and system updates
• Knowledge of email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Practical knowledge of PowerShell and task automation
• Good communication skills in English
• Microsoft Azure Administrator, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, VMware VCP, MD-102, SC-300 certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of security standards (NIST, ISO 27001)
