Perspective Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supplier Quality Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in evaluating, assessing, and managing the quality and compliance of our supplier network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplier quality management, regulatory compliance, and supplier audits, ensuring that all suppliers meet regulatory requirements, industry and company standards for quality, safety, and performance.

• Conduct thorough assessments of new suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Lead the supplier qualification process, including audits and risk evaluations.
• Monitor and ensure supplier adherence to quality control processes.
• Develop compliance checklists and performance metrics for evaluations.
• Track and report on supplier non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Lead supplier audits to assess adherence to quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding quality concerns.
• Maintain records of supplier certifications and audit reports.
• Identify areas for quality improvement within the supply chain.
• Ensure alignment with quality goals and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are a plus.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Management.
• Experience in performing supplier audits and understanding QMS.
• Strong understanding of supplier quality control practices.
• Knowledge of risk management and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and supplier management tools.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for audits.
