Overview

We are looking for a seasoned tax manager to join our business tax team. This particular practice focuses on closely held family groups and their individual owners. It’s relationship heavy and never boring. If you think of yourself as a bit of a generalist that leans heavily towards flow through entities, but still understand the implications of how they flow through to a 1040, this could be your thing.

Requirements

• Active CPA License.
• 5+ years of recent public accounting experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in reviewing complex business tax returns.
• Due diligence experience on M&A transactions.
• Familiarity with foreign reporting is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Collaborative work approach.
• Adept at using MS Office and tax software.
