Customer Success Manager DACH - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Success Manager DACH at Peripass, you will play a key role in managing the entire customer journey, ensuring successful implementation of our solution, and identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.

In Short

• Manage the implementation of our solution within budget and time constraints.
• Guide customers through the onboarding journey and drive early value realization.
• Maintain excellent customer success through regular communication.
• Initiate improvements in Customer Success processes.
• Drive growth in the customer portfolio and assist the sales team.
• Work from home and visit customer sites regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in a SaaS company.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing processes.
• Preparedness for meetings with senior management.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• Understanding of Information Security & Cyber Security.
