Healthcare Account Manager - Remote

Overview

Perimeter Behavioral of Springfield is hiring a Healthcare Account Manager who is responsible for developing and maintaining referral sources and educating agencies about the mental health services offered by the facility. This is a remote work from home position, with occasional reporting to the main facility as needed.

In Short

• Inform and educate referral sources about hospital services.
• Market hospital services through daily contacts.
• Maintain a referral source database.
• Conduct education and networking events.
• Act as a liaison for potential admissions.
• Complete weekly and monthly statistical reporting.
• Develop facility-specific business plans.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and CEO.

Requirements

• BSN or Master's degree in Human Services or Behavioral Health preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales and networking.
• Experience in developing marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of behavioral health services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver license in Missouri.
• Able to travel within Missouri.
