Benefits and UKG Pro HRIS Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Benefits / UKG Pro HRIS Analyst to own day-to-day benefits administration while advancing our HR technology, data quality, and reporting. This role blends hands-on benefits operations with systems configuration, integrations, and analytics to improve the employee experience and HR efficiency.

In Short

• Administer health & welfare, retirement, leave, COBRA, and ancillary plans.
• Serve as the primary HRIS analyst for core UKG Pro HCM modules.
• Ensure flawless data flows between HRIS, benefits carriers, payroll, and third parties.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports.
• Support annual open enrollment end-to-end.
• Drive compliance with various regulations.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendor partners.
• Provide tier-2 employee support with empathy and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in benefits administration and/or HRIS analyst roles.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting a modern HRIS - UKG Pro required.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Working knowledge of ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA.
• Vendor management and EDI experience.
• Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts.
