Founded in Norway, PERGOLUX is constantly looking for growth opportunities and is already available in more than 15 countries in Europe, Australia, North America and South America.

In Short

• Assist in identifying and engaging potential customers to drive sales.
• Provide tailored recommendations, highlighting the benefits of our premium pergolas and accessories.
• Support the sales process by ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to purchase.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products, such as accessories or maintenance services.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategies.
• Help prepare for and attend sales events to showcase our products and engage with customers.
• Maintain lead records in the CRM and assist in analyzing sales performance to improve strategies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Preferably experienced in selling high-value products (e.g., luxury goods, real estate, premium services).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1).
• Basic understanding of sales techniques.
