In Short

• Professional advice and support for customers via phone, email, and (video) chat at our location in Fulda.
• Processing orders and assisting with product inquiries.
• Resolving customer inquiries, handling returns and complaints, and checking the correctness and plausibility of requests.
• Coordinating and communicating with transport providers to ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Data maintenance and process optimization to increase efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B1) skills to communicate effectively with our customers.
• Experience in customer service (at least 1-2 years), ideally in E-Commerce or a similar industry.
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, empathetic working style.
• Enjoyment of working in a dynamic team and a high service mindset.
• Good self-organization and time management to work efficiently.
• IT affinity and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new systems and tools.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site at the office in Frankfurt.
