In Short

  • Administer and maintain sales compensation plans.
  • Analyze sales performance data for trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with sales leadership, HR, and finance on compensation planning.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports in CaptivateIQ and Salesforce.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on compensation metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot commission-related inquiries from the sales team.
  • Support the rollout of compensation plans.
  • Participate in CaptivateIQ system implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales compensation or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce and CaptivateIQ is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of sales processes and incentive compensation principles.
  • Background in SaaS or tech environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with the CaptivateIQ commission platform is a plus.
