In Short

  • Lead the team to achieve revenue targets by developing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with key real estate brokers, agents, and property management companies.
  • Oversee the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, presentations, and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap.
  • Define pricing strategies, packaging options, and value propositions for different customer segments.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support.
  • Work with leadership to manage P&L statement.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, marketing, customer success, and product functions.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate industry and proven track record in SaaS sales.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in SaaS sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
