Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (CFEFR C1 level) and Japanese (C2 level, native).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and organization.
  • Experience in authentication processes or training/exam fields is a plus.
  • Computer literacy necessary for customer service tasks.
