Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst will manage Penumbra’s EDI system and transactions, acting as the primary point of contact between the company and customers to resolve EDI issues.

• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI issues and errors.
• Act as a liaison between customers and various internal teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance EDI performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of EDI experience, preferably with GHX platform.
• Experience in the medical device industry.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Project management skills.
