Data Exchange Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data Exchange Analyst at Capital Rx is a critical player in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and smooth operation of data feeds essential to our pharmacy benefit services. This role collaborates with both internal teams and external partners to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot these data connections, ensuring the seamless flow of information such as claims, vaccine reimbursements, and eligibility data. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of PBM data, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the communication skills needed to effectively collaborate across the organization and with external partners.

In Short

• Work with Data Exchange partners and internal teams to develop and maintain Data Exchange data feeds.
• Coordinate Data Exchange identification and issue resolution.
• Identify and triage Data Exchange issues.
• Monitor system status and Data Exchange management data.
• Resolve issues and errors using designated operating standards.
• Assist with validation of Data Exchange data integrity.
• Participate in projects with Data Exchange impacts.
• Adhere to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of experience in Data Exchange, Healthcare, PBM, or IT.
• Ability to match PBM concepts and data fields across systems.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and technical data skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
