Overview

The Data Analyst will provide direct support to the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Chief Data Officer and Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAO) to track and manage use case requirements for Security Cooperation (SC) data and identify opportunities to improve workflow, productivity, and time-to-market for data and analytic products.

In Short

Manage use case requirements and improve workflow for analytic products.
Evolve DSCA Data Governance policy and processes.
Support requirements gathering and rapid prototyping for Business Intelligence opportunities.
Engage in the Advana platform technical roadmap.
Prioritize enterprise data management and analytic requirements.
Facilitate collaboration among data stewards to improve data quality.
Develop resilient data source ingest pipelines.
Provide data quality measures and improvements.
Coordinate work across various Advana lines of businesses.
Support training of Data Stewards regarding metadata responsibilities.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Active SECRET clearance (Interim Secret acceptable).
Excellent oral communication and writing skills.
