The Clinical Field Manager manages the field support team and works alongside the Clinical Project Managers to support the respective clinical trials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological sciences or health-related field.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical/scientific research.
• Clinical research experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCPs and 21 CFR.
• Extensive people management and project management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 1-3+ years in a supervisory role preferred.
• High attention to detail required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
