Overview

As a Technical Partnership Coordinator, you will be responsible for the technical management and animation of our partners who assist in the migrations of our clients. Your role involves working with various stakeholders to ensure the most efficient and rapid migration process possible.

In Short

  • Manage technical partnerships for client migrations.
  • Identify and select new technical partners.
  • Define and implement a partner accreditation program.
  • Develop and animate the network of technical partners.
  • Ensure partner training and support.
  • Define quality standards for outsourced migrations.
  • Set up KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Coordinate migration projects among partners.
  • Act as the main contact between Pennylane and partners.
  • Collect feedback to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Bac+5 in Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing technical partners in SaaS.
  • Significant experience in B2B software sector.
  • Expertise in managing large projects.
  • Knowledge of accounting and accounting firms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting.
  • Understanding of data migration challenges.
  • Excellent relational and negotiation skills.
  • Professional English required.
  • Strong autonomy and proactivity.
