Requirements

  • Significant experience in an accounting firm.
  • Strong relational and pedagogical skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools like Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
  • Able to conduct presentations and online meetings effectively.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new training modules.
  • Willingness to travel within a defined geographical area.
  • Strong commitment to Pennylane's vision and community.
  • Ability to communicate availability three months in advance.
  • Experience in developing training plans and materials.
  • Ability to evaluate training outcomes and adjust content accordingly.
