• Flexible work arrangement with required availability of at least 3 days a week.
• Travel within a defined geographic area for client training.

Requirements

• Significant experience in an accounting firm.
• Strong relational and pedagogical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and engage learners.
• Comfortable with digital tools and online presentations.
• Quick learner of new training modules.
• Commitment to Pennylane's vision and community.
• Availability for at least 8 days a month for training sessions.
• Willingness to travel within 2-3 hours of home.
• Ability to provide availability three months in advance.
• Experience as a freelance trainer is a plus.
