Overview

As a Freelance Training Consultant at Pennylane, you will play a crucial role in training accounting firms on the Pennylane financial management software, ensuring they can effectively utilize the tool to enhance their operations.

In Short

  • Join a fast-growing FinTech company in France.
  • Provide training to accounting firms on the Pennylane software.
  • Work autonomously and contribute to the financial management of SMEs.
  • Engage in both in-person and online training sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers.
  • Adapt training content based on feedback and success rates.
  • Participate in administrative tasks and product monitoring.
  • Be available for at least 2 days a week for training sessions.
  • Travel regionally and nationally as required.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the training program.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in an accounting firm.
  • Strong relational and pedagogical skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools like Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new training modules.
  • Comfortable with presentations and video conferencing.
  • Willingness to travel within a defined geographical area.
  • Commitment to Pennylane's vision and community.
  • Ability to communicate availability three months in advance.
