As the Education Manager at Pennylane, you will lead the strategic development of educational experiences for over 200,000 SME users, ensuring they have access to the right learning resources at the appropriate times.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Education or Customer Success in B2B SaaS.
• Proven project leadership and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Strong writing and content creation abilities.
• Skills in user journey mapping and content strategy.
• Comfortable with data analysis and KPIs.
• Fluent in French and professional English.
• Autonomous and results-oriented with ownership mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with education platforms and interest in fintech.
