Overview

As a member of the Partner Success team, you will be responsible for providing assistance to users of our accounting software, ensuring they have the best possible experience with our solution.

In Short

• Provide assistance to accounting users of the software.
• Help users with effective use of the solution.
• Resolve issues and anomalies encountered by users.
• Train users on advanced features of the tool.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address issues.

Requirements

• Background in accounting (BTS CGO, DCG, DSCG, Master CCA).
• Experience in an accounting firm as an accounting collaborator.
• Proficiency in innovative work tools and new technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently.
• Professional level of English.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and respond to client needs.
• Flexibility to adapt to rapid tool changes.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on product developments.
