Requirements
Proven experience in sales or a similar leadership role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of financial products in the UK and European market is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
Experience in financial services, preferably in technology-driven environments.
High proficiency in English.
