Overview

This role is for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support the founder of an investment company, managing operational needs and personal tasks while ensuring confidentiality.

In Short

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable.
