Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead/Senior Developer to guide a talented team, foster collaboration, and contribute to both leadership and development efforts in a 50/50 split role.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software development with proven leadership experience.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL.
• Experience in PHP and modern development practices.
• Familiar with Maven/Gradle, Livewire, and software testing.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain code quality.
