Bilingual Customer Service Consultant and Design Specialist (Spanish & English) - Remote

Overview

This role involves providing bilingual customer service and design support for an online design platform, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective use of design tools.

In Short

• Handle inbound emails, calls, and chat regarding products and services.
• Participate in sales activities to up-sell and cross-sell.
• Identify improvement opportunities from client feedback.
• Work on revisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist Premium Customers with available tools.
• Onboard new Premium Customers to design tools.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (C1 level or higher) and English.
• Strong customer service background.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles.
• Effective communication skills in written and verbal forms.
• Familiarity with VoIP applications and ticketing systems.
• Availability for a specified shift (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Manila time).
