In Short

  • Play a hands-on role in a new practice area focused on Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Understand and assess client talent processes to develop recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to create implementation plans.
  • Analyze business requirements and align them with technical solutions.
  • Advise clients on optimizing their talent processes within Oracle Cloud.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Peloton's processes.

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with two full life cycle implementations.
  • Preferred experience in HR functions related to Benefits.
  • Active Certification in Oracle Benefits Cloud.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
