Webflow & Framer Designer/Developer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a hybrid designer–developer who can bring creative concepts to life inside Webflow and Framer, sitting at the intersection of design and development to craft visually striking, user-friendly sites.

In Short

• Translate Figma/brand concepts into pixel-perfect, responsive websites in Webflow and Framer.
• Implement advanced interactions, animations, and component systems.
• Build, launch, and analyze A/B tests to improve site performance and user conversion.
• Optimize for performance, SEO best practices, accessibility, and responsive breakpoints.
• Manage client projects end-to-end, from initial setup to QA and post-launch tweaks.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing leads.
• Stay current with platform updates and recommend new approaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Webflow and Framer.
• Strong design sensibility and coding skills.
• Experience with responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
