Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will drive outbound prospecting efforts targeting clinics, medical offices, and healthcare SMBs. This role exists to generate qualified demos for the sales team while refining the outbound motion in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.

  • Test and iterate on outreach messaging based on performance data.
  • Contribute to refining outbound processes and strategies.

  • Prior experience in sales, especially in healthcare settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data management.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a startup environment.
  • Experience with multi-channel outreach (phone, email, SMS, LinkedIn).
  • Strong organizational skills for pipeline management.
