Real Estate Valuation Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a Real Estate Admin / Analyst to support our acquisitions and listings by underwriting properties, analyzing deals, and helping determine accurate property values and after-repair values (ARV). You’ll play a key role behind the scenes, helping us buy and sell homes confidently and profitably.

In Short

• Work Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM CST
• Full-time, Independent Contractor position
• Analyze residential properties to determine market value and ARV
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams
• Maintain property records in CRM systems
• Track market trends and pricing data
• Assist with listing setup and pricing strategy
• Meet onboarding milestones within specified timeframes
• Ensure timely delivery of analyses and recommendations
• Work remotely while adhering to CST hours

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Experience in real estate valuation and analysis
• Familiarity with MLS and property data tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams
• Strong organizational skills to manage records
• Proficient in data analysis and market research
• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
