Real Estate Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position involves analyzing and evaluating commercial real estate, preparing reports, and collaborating with various departments to support management decisions.

In Short

• Analyze and evaluate commercial real estate (existing and new acquisitions)
• Monthly reporting and monitoring of KPIs (rental income, occupancy, etc.)
• Prepare economic calculations and presentations for management decision-making
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Asset Management, Finance, Legal, SAP)
• Conceptualize and manage new BI reports and optimize existing solutions using Power BI and Excel

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics or comparable qualification
• Passion for real estate data, analysis, and business processes, with an understanding of economic issues
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI
• Quality-conscious team player with analytical problem-solving skills, initiative, and implementation strength
• Language skills: German B2 or better, English is an advantage
