The company is seeking a strategic, agile Project Manager to serve as the operational nucleus of the business—managing, prioritizing, and executing across a portfolio of high-touch, high-stakes client activations in sports, entertainment, hospitality, and beyond.

In Short

• Fully remote position.
• Independent Contractor, Full-time role.
• 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
• Oversee active client projects across the agency’s portfolio.
• Coordinate with external partners to manage timelines.
• Manage internal and freelance contributors.
• Send daily project updates to the team.

• Work with PM tools like Motion.
• Engage with clients in sports, music, fashion, and hospitality sectors.
