The Executive Team Operator will support the founder by managing day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless operations, and driving strategic initiatives to completion.

• Work Arrangement: Remote (LATAM and PH based)
• Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, core hours between 9 AM – 5 PM EST
• Support the founder and act as a force multiplier
• Manage leader’s workflow and communications
• Prep for meetings and coordinate across departments
• Anticipate needs and create efficient processes
• Handle administrative and project management tasks
• Work with top startups and businesses with significant funding

Requirements

• Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Proactive and able to anticipate needs
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to work during core hours in EST
