Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Conduit Tech, you will play a foundational role in helping scale an early-stage HVAC startup, focusing on customer support and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Work closely with co-founders to design onboarding and support platforms.
  • Drive user onboarding strategy and ensure customer success.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve product and commercial approaches.
  • Organize Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Develop and perform HVAC training sessions.
  • Build relationships with clients and understand their workflows.
  • Lead on-site rollouts with enterprise customers.
  • Support customers through various communication channels.
  • Measure impact using product analytics and financial metrics.
  • Drive customer account growth through data-driven storytelling.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in customer success, account management, or training.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in reducing churn and driving account expansion.
  • Full-time remote work on the East Coast starting at 8am ET.
  • Must be able to rent and drive rental cars.
  • Authorized to work in the USA on a full-time basis.
