In Short

• Proactively source candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial outreach and preliminary interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain and update candidate information within the ATS.
• Represent Cook County Health at recruitment events.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and best practices.
• Build meaningful relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to enhancing the employer brand.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
