As a trusted partner to Cinq Care, PCG is standing up a new call center operation to support the scheduling and coordination of clinical home visits. In Short

  • Manage patient scheduling and handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of clinical home visits.
  • Work remotely with flexibility to support multiple shifts.
  • Document scheduling activities and patient interactions.
  • Address patient scheduling concerns and conflicts.
  • Utilize automated dialing tools for outreach.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Arrange transportation for clinical visits when required.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
  • Participate in a supportive team environment with ongoing training.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience with high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
  • Familiarity with scheduling platforms and CRM/EMR systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software.
  • Empathetic and patient-focused customer service approach.
