Paytm is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead the QR & Sound Box vertical, focusing on merchant acquisition and team management to drive business growth in India.

In Short

Drive distribution and market share growth in the assigned area.
Oversee QR & Sound Box deployment and product sales.
Recruit and manage a sales team of 5-10 ASMs and 200+ indirect employees.
Plan market size and geography for sales operations.
Communicate plans and targets effectively to the team.
Monitor quality parameters and conduct audits on sales activities.
Resolve merchant queries and engage the merchant base.
Set clear goals for the team and foster an inspiring environment.
Drive sales of swiping devices in the area.
Build and maintain a network to identify potential clients.

Requirements

High drive, initiative, and self-motivation.
Experience in team handling.
Exposure to cold calling, pre-sales, and lead generation.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Graduation or Post-graduation required.
