In Short

• Drive growth and profitability for the PayPay group.
• Collect and analyze management data, build hypotheses, and formulate strategies.
• Enable non-linear growth and establish necessary management infrastructure.
• Lead DX projects for management strategy formulation and execution.
• Define requirements and finalize KPI dashboards.
• Maintain and enhance cloud-based budget management systems.
• Lead the implementation of automation tools (RPA, etc.).
• Enhance management operations using generative AI.
• Plan and promote various projects in response to business expansion.
• Work remotely with flexibility in working hours.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in dashboard construction using Tableau, Sigma, etc.
• SQL programming experience and implementation of data tables/queries in Big Query or Snowflake.
• Experience in defining requirements and managing systems in SIer companies.
• Experience in project planning and PMO for system development.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining RPA and automation tools.
