Merchant Services Representative - Remote

Overview

As a Merchant Services Representative at Payliance, you will be the primary point of contact for merchants, providing education, technical support, and issue resolution to ensure a high-quality client experience.

• Educate merchants on Payliance services and payment products.
• Respond to product and service inquiries via phone and written communication.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software application issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems such as NetSuite or Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
