Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on TA experience focusing on non-technical positions.
• Experience in an International FinTech company is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of various candidates’ assessment methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• C1 (Fluent) level of English proficiency.
