This position is for a Virtual Property Manager to support the executive operations of a fast-growing real estate investment company based in San Diego, CA, ideal for a tech-savvy, organized professional with a deep understanding of real estate operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in real estate operations or executive support.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Proficiency with Buildium, AppFolio, Google Workspace, and Excel.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Real Estate is a plus.
• Familiarity with the San Diego real estate market is a plus.
