This role requires a proactive individual with experience in real estate and CRM systems (HubSpot) to manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate real estate transactions, and ensure timelines are met.

• Maintain and organize records in HubSpot for real estate transactions.
• Communicate with title companies, agents, lenders, and property management.
• Organize and manage closing documents in HubSpot.
• Track and update spreadsheets with closing timelines for multiple deals.
• Coordinate property inspections and compile inspection notes.

• Utilize tools like WhatsApp, Gmail, and Google Drive for operations.
• Maintain professional communication with all transaction parties.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate transactions.
