In Short

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial ledgers.
• Perform account reconciliations, analyze financial discrepancies, and resolve any inconsistencies.
• Support accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain and organize financial, payroll, and tax documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Assist in developing budget forecasts, monitoring financial trends, and providing insights for financial planning.
• Provide general accounting and administrative assistance as needed to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements

• Strong accuracy in recording financial data and reconciling accounts.
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Commitment to handling sensitive financial and employee data with discretion.
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools, including QuickBooks.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Stripe, and Paycom.
• Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance requirements, and financial reporting.
• Strong skills in spreadsheets, financial modeling, and reporting.
