In Short

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Assist clients with software setups, updates, and configuration questions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English.
• Experience in IT support or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, as well as collaborate with a team.
• Proficiency in operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Experience in relevant sectors such as technology, travel, or e-commerce is an advantage.
